Product Returns

  • We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery, provided the product is eligible for return.

  • We do not offer size exchanges.

  • Exchanges are only possible if the product is damaged, defective, or faulty, which must be proven with clear, real photos.

  • Corsets, shapewear items (such as bodysuits), and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Gift items are also non-returnable.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Personalized products or limited editions may be subject to additional return restrictions, which will be clearly stated in the product description.

  • All sizing details are provided in the size chart. Therefore, no size changes are allowed once an order has been placed.

Return Process (If Conditions Are Met)

If you wish to return a product:

  1. Contact us to initiate the return process.

  2. We will provide you with detailed instructions and the return address.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds (If Conditions Are Met)

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 30 working days.

  • Original shipping costs are NOT refundable.

Condition of Returned Products

Returned items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

If an item is returned in an unacceptable condition, a restocking fee may apply.
